User can navigate on the client details page by clicking on `client name’ or ‘view action’ from the client list page. Client Details page contains modules related to client on the left side and corresponding module details on the right side.
Left sidebar contains the following modules
- DetailsThis section displays all information about the client like name, address, email, language, etc
- Contacts This section shows contact list for the client, Client can add new contacts with online access generation by clicking on the new contact tab and Client can edit by edit icon
- Notes This section displays `Note list` and `New note`, Client can note anything
- Invoices This section has ‘All Invoice’ and `Create Invoice`. All Invoice tab displays all invoices of the client, the client can pay invoices, send an email. In Create Invoice, User can create an invoice for this client.
- Estimates This section divided into two tabs as ‘Estimates` and `Create Estimate’. User can able to show all estimates of a particular client in ‘Estimate’, User can able to create an estimate of a particular estimate in ‘Create Estimate’.
- Payments This section divided into ‘Payments’ and ‘Payment Methods‘. Payments tab displays all payments done for this client. Payment Methods tab allow the user to add a credit card(CC) or any ACH payment and make payment as well.
- Refunds This section divided into ‘Refunds’ and ‘New Refund’. Refunds tab displays all the refund client made. New Refund tab allow User to make a refund of any paid invoices by credit or account with a short note
- TransactionsThis section has a single tab as ‘Transaction’ to display all the transaction occurring in payments and refunds with credit and debit amount
- Projects This section divided into two tabs ‘All Projects’ and ‘New Project’. All project tab displays all the project for the client, and the user can able to filter by project status, Bill status, Responsible user. New project tab allows the user to create a new project for the client.
- Opportunity This section divided into two tabs ‘All Opportunity’ and ‘New Opportunity’. All Opportunity tab displays all the opportunities of client and user can filter by pipeline, status, sales rep. New Opportunity tab allows the user to create new opportunity with the client
- Tickets This section divided into two tabs ‘All Ticket’ and ‘New Ticket’. All Ticket tab displays all the tickets of client and user can filter by a category, status, sales rep, bill status. New Ticket tab allows the user to create a new ticket with the client.
- Bugs This section divided into two tabs ‘All Bugs’ and ‘New Bug’. All Bugs tab displays all the bugs of the client. New Bug tab allows the user to create a new bug with the client.
- TasksThis section divided into two tabs ‘All Tasks’ and ‘New Tasks’. All Tasks tab displays all the task of client and user can filter by status, sales rep. New Task tab allows the user to create a new task with the client.
- RMAThis section has ‘RMA List’ and ‘New RMA’. ALL RMA tab displays all the RMA of the client with action buttons. New RMA tab allows the user to create a new RMA for the client.
- AgreementsThis section divided into two tabs ‘Agreements’ and ‘New Agreement’. Agreements tab displays all the agreement which was created to client and user can able to see the status of the agreement and send emails. New Agreement tab allows the user to create two types of a new agreement with the client. User can able to sign the agreement by a link which was shared by email. Once the user signs the agreement client will sign, so the system will generate PDF if both signatures did.
- EmailsThis section divided into two tabs ‘All Email Activities’ and ‘Email Details’. All Email Activities tab displays all the email related to client and user can able to send an email.
- File managerThis section has ‘File manager’. User can upload, delete, create the flies for this client.
- Activities This section displays all activities performed by user.
