Estimate List

1.Estimate List shows the list of all estimates. It contains eight columns.

  1. EstimateDisplay’s estimate reference number. Click on reference number to open Estimates details page
  2. Client/Lead NameDisplay’s client or lead name attached to the estimate. On click of client/lead name it opens detail page of client/lead.
  3. AmountDisplays the total amount of the estimate.
  4. CreatedDisplays the created date of the estimate.
  5. MemoDisplays the memo of the estimate.
  6. Due dateDisplays the due date of the estimate.
  7. StatusDisplays the status of the estimate.
  8. ActionsEstimate has four options
  • EditTo edit estimate’s details
  • DeleteTo delete estimate
  • Send EmailTo email the estimate to a client/lead
  • Estimate HistoryTo see activities for this estimates
2.There are five options above estimate list

 

  1. Export pdf on click pdf file will get downloaded which contain estimates list.
  2. Export excelon click excel file will download which contain estimates list
  3. Filteruser can apply the filter to get data according to his need
  4. Searchuser can search estimate by estimate name or related to details
  5. view columnuser can view specific columns from a list by selecting options from view column section
